The Urban Tree Canopy Assessment Toolkit is based on three years of collaboration across local, regional and national partners to conduct a coordinated urban tree canopy assessment and consistent priority ranking for tree planting opportunities across the region based on stormwater mitigation, reducing urban heat island
and promoting social equity.
