This EPA report presents common trends in how 12 local governments developed and implement stormwater programs to support green infrastructure. Communities featured range from very small to very large. The local policies examined include interagency cooperation, enforcement and management issues – as well as integration with state and federal regulations. Especially useful are insights into the barriers and failures these municipalities experienced as they attempted to integrate GSI into stormwater management practices.
